Reliability
The machine distinguishes itself for the advanced technology, automation level and reliability. All of this is due to the use of Brushless motors for the main movements of the pick-up group, on a frame made by high stiffness aluminium, also associated to a simplified and optimized devices’ handling.
Three types of packaging
The particular design of the head-holder station allows the installation of various pick-up equipments, with one or many heads, specific for the type of packaging preferred. There are different types of equipment applicable on the machine, for example they can be of the following type of packaging: “Standing bottles”, Couchées” or “Tête bêche”.
Easy to use
The machine is run by software personalized to the product and to the customer’s needs, with settings made easier by a simple operator panel. The panel is also supported by a self-diagnostic system with the display of up to 250 reports, to quickly resolve the functioning disadvantages
